Disclaimer Policy

We take every precaution to reduce the risks of loss and damage when handling your things during packing, transporting, delivering, unpacking and storing. While we’re proud to have one of the best records for damage free relocations in the industry, it is important to recognize that there are still risks. There are certain events, circumstances and occurrences which may cause loss or damage that Romulus Packers will not accept responsibility for. These denials are consistent with industry standards and include the following:

• Damage caused by accident of transport vehicle.
• Damage arising to owner-packed personal belongings.
• Damage caused by act of God like flood, fire, Tsunami.
• Damage caused to food items packed during shifting.
• Damage caused by wear and tear or gradual deterioration.
• Delay caused in delivery & pickups due to epidemic disease spread.
• Damage caused to items packed by other party than Romulus Packers.
• Delay caused due to unavailability of labours due to labour union problem.
• Creasing of clothing while packed for transit or storage. This is an inherent vice and will naturally occur.
• Damage caused due to bad roads. We will be carefully driving in that scenario but no damage responsibility.
• Damage caused to plants and flower pots as all our vehicles are tightly covered by metallic body. Survival of plants is not guranteed.
• Damage caused to crockery, kitchen items,marble items,fish tanks, glassware and show pieces. We will be wrapping with double or triple layer of bubble wrap.
